Shipping and delivery policy

Shipping and delivery policies for customers, established by Copay and aspects to take into account with respect to exchange or returns.

1. Term for returning merchandise

The online store has a return period of 3 business days from the date the transport delivered your order to the address provided in the purchase. You must notify about the return before the 3 business days are completed through one of our service channels.

Changes can only be made for products with a value equal to or less than the original and the difference, if applicable, will be delivered in a coupon for a new purchase in the online store.

(This coupon is valid for six months from the date of creation).

4. Product conditions for the return to apply

If you want to make the return or exchange of any of our products, you can do it in the following ways:

- By email, sending your invoice to our email:

- The Customer Service line (+593 993 605 763), (Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm)

- Through our online store, in the customer service chat.

-The product must be returned in optimal condition, without traces of having been used and with the original labels.

-The product must not be modified or altered from its original state.

Promotional or discounted products and the OFFERS section are not refundable.

5. Delivery of the return

–Money refund: Depending on the payment method you have used for your purchase, the refund will be made through an electronic transfer or to your credit card.
